People who watch their diet and keep track of what they eat and drink already know that coke should be avoided. This is what any doctor will advise you to do.

What harm does Coke do?

1. Bad teeth

Do not trust commercials where you see famous sportsmen drinking Coke after a training session. You will keep piling up pounds merely by drinking Coke because sugary sodas slow down your metabolism and your body does not burn fat as efficiently. Drink plain water!

4. Aspartame affects inner organs

Aspartame is still being studied. It is known to cause a lot of diseases. It does not really matter which type of Coke you opt for – you are ruining your body anyways.

5. Coke affects fertility

Regular consumption of Coke might have a negative impact on your reproductive system. The chemicals that most fizzy drinks contain lead to defects in your organs that are responsible for reproduction. Avid Coke fans should bear this bad news in mind.

For the last reason alone - i believe that many of you will start avoiding fizzy drinks. It does not matter if it is coke or pepsi or sprite or appy or any other drink that fizzes and bubbles up.

Dec 14, 2014 : The kid is shifted to Manipal Hospital.

Dec 18, 2014 : At 4.30 p.m the kid is declared "brain dead" and zonal coordination committee of Karnataka is informed (ZCCK). The zcck informs other private hospitals in karnataka and nearby states about the availability of organs.

Dec 19, 2014 : By 2.00 p.m the heart was in chennai (Fortis Malar Hospital) to be fitted into a russian kid.

In short - within a week - a living kid with fever was butchered so that the merchants of death could benefit hugely by transplanting his heart, liver, eyes and kidneys!!!! It is even more disturbing to know that the same hospital in Adyar had resorted to the same tactic on September 3, 2014 to fit a 37 year old woman's heart into a 60 year old patient. 

Some disturbing questions :

What exactly is "brain death"? Brain has so many parts - so how do you define brain death? Death of cerebrum, cerebellum, brain stem, right side brain, left side brain, cortex, neocortex or death of all these put together?

Does India have any legal definition for brain death or can the doctors arbitrarily decide it?

If the donor kid was declared brain dead on Thursday - how did his heart survive until Friday afternoon? Normally heart becomes useless within 6 hours of death. Therefore, if the heart was functioning until Friday afternoon - it only means that the kid was alive even on Friday. Is it not?

If the kid was alive even on Friday - it means that the doctors "killed" the kid when they removed his heart. It is accepted by everybody that if the heart is beating, the person is alive. So how come the doctors in Manipal hospital and Fortis Malar hospital alone chose to call the patient "dead"? I really cannot understand how someone can be called dead if his heart is beating!!!! Somebody please enlighten me.

It is really surprising that no Indian kid needed a heart transplant and that only a Russian kid was in need in India for a heart!!! Is there any transplant registry that is maintained nation wide? The very fact that zcck had to inform hospitals about the availability of organs shows that there is no such nation wide registry. If the registry was available - there was no need to inform all the hospitals. It would be enough to inform only one hospital where the organ was needed.

Based on the facts available, I am led to believe that one little kid was cut open to satisfy the greed of doctors and the need of rich recipients.

DIGESTION - PART 2

In DIGESTION - PART 1 we saw how all our senses are involved in the process of digestion.

We ignore this essential aspect for wholesome digestion in today's world. 

We try to eat while reading something or while watching television or listening to music. We have perfected this into an art of eating pop corn while watching a movie. By dissociating the eyes (and other senses) from the process of digestion, we are harming our own selves. The body - deprived of the advance warning from the eyes and ears - has to react to the food AFTER it enters the mouth. Our mind is also kept busy in some other thing - hence there is no real "wanting" the food. Without the mind and five senses participating in digestion - our body does not digest the food properly. Eating becomes mechanical. When eating food is mechanical - the body does not warn you when you overeat. That is why people end up eating even a big bucket of pop corn.

Another crazy thing that we do - and that which baffles me - is the use of a cold drink while eating or eating an ice cream after the meal. You walk into any hotel - you will see at least one person having a pepsi or a coke by the side of their plate. When we eat food - the stomach produces renin and pepsin to digest the food. Both renin and pepsin need normal temperature to be effective. When you drink something that is cold or eat an ice cream which is extremely cold - these two enzymes do not function. Therefore, digestion is literally halted.  Improper digestion is the result. If this becomes a habit - then cancer can result due to this improper digestion. Indians were aware of the need for a hot environment for proper digestion - that is why pepper water (rasam) was eaten - and rasam was served hot during the meal!!! Today - many of us have stopped the habit of having pepper water totally - because it is not advertised anywhere. We forget that business houses will not advertise anything that is healthy because there is no money there.

DIGESTION - PART 1

Digestion is a process that is easily misunderstood and restricted to the "stomach" alone. You ask a kid "where does digestion take place?" and the kid will immediately reply "in the stomach". All of us around the kid will not find it difficult to agree with the "cute" and "Correct" answer. But is this answer really correct?

What is obvious is that the entire digestive tract - starting from the mouth to the rectum are involved in digestion. But what is not so obvious is the fact that all our five senses are also involved in digestion.

Digestion starts with the eyes.
The moment you look at a food - the entire digestive system gets stimulated.
The nose smells the aroma (hence the insistence in tropical countries to eat "hot food" - bcos heat releases the aroma from the food.
The mind wants it.
The mouth starts to secrete saliva.
The production of saliva and the change in the mind - activates the spleen -
The stomach prepares to digest the food that the eyes sighted.
The small intestine tries to make space to receive the chyme that will come from crushing the food item.
The large intestine compresses and solidifies the existing waste matter.
The moment you touch the food - your sense of touch is activated. You feel if the food is soft or hard - hot or cold etc...
The moment you put the food in the mouth and crunch it or crush it or even lick it - the ears jump into the process.

Thus all five senses - sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch are involved in digestion.  But this is not so obvious.

Phillips Hughes - Death or Murder

A simple ball injury to the neck - he only collapsed.
A simple 90 minutes surgery - he DIES !!!

I am just wondering what would have happened if the same "death" had happened in an alternative medical hospital. The entire world would have gone beserk and we would have had war cries from various quarters asking to ban alternate medicine. People would have demanded that all alternate medical practitioners be labelled as "quacks" and fake doctors. But the same death in an allopathy hospital is not even questioned....

how could a man die from a simple ball injury?

The ball did not damage any vital organ....

There was no loss of blood....

Like any forceful injury - there was a fainting - but it was "induced" into a coma by the intelligent "doctors".  "to relieve pressure from the brain" - it appears as though death was hastened. Even an old lady in a remote corner of India might have revived him using traditional medicine!!!! It is unheard of - and probably the first time that someone dies from a ball injury to the neck!!!

In a statement, Australia team doctor Peter Brukner said: "It is my sad duty to inform you that a short time ago Phillip Hughes passed away. He never regained consciousness following his injury on Tuesday.

"He was not in pain before he passed and was surrounded by his family and close friends.

If he was in an induced coma - how does it matter if he was surrounded by friends and family or by a pack of dogs!!! If he was in an induced coma - how would he have suffered pain? (by the way - why was a coma induced? - so that he does not regain consciousness?)
These people are throwing a ton of crap and want us to lap it up...

Speaking at the news conference, Australia team doctor Peter Brukner explained that Hughes died as a result of 'vertebral artery dissection'.

It is indeed strange to note that a injury which did not even break skin is blamed as the reason for death whereas the surgery which cut open into the man's neck is conveniently pardoned!!!! 

Just look at the location of the vertebral artery in the following pictures and you yourself decide how difficult it is to hit the vertebral artery with a ball...

After looking at the picture - please let me know how big are the odds to hit this vertebral artery which is well protected by the neck tissue, carotid artery and then by bony parts of the vertebra... a ball could not have broken it - only a sharp instrument could have.... (surgeon's scalpel????)

Let us assume that this "story" is true...

If he never regained consciousness - where was the need for "induced coma"?

if vertebral artery breaks near the neck - i would normally expect a blood clot near the neck... how the heck did so much blood flow into the brain??? Do they want us to believe that blood can flow even after the artery is dissected (which means cut or severed )? Or do they want us to believe that blood will beat the force of gravity and move upward and stay there itself?

Many of us would think that vertebral artery dissection is a very dangerous thing to happen. We might be thinking that it is fatal. Let us see an example of an actual vertebral artery dissection

A, Dissection of the left vertebral artery secondary to guidewire injury. B, Complete resolution occurred in 6 months with only aspirin and clopidogrel (Plavix; Bristol-Myers Squibb/Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Partnership, Bridgewater, NJ) therapy.

From the above picture it can be seen that vertebral artery dissection is not such a serious issue and that with mere aspirin and clopidogrel - it can be cured over a period of time.

The questions remain :

1. If his artery was dissected - where was the need to relieve pressure on his brain??? A dissected artery doesnt allow blood to "flow"
2. The blood that comes out of the artery will clot - what happened to the clot? And if there was a clot - where was pressure ???? Pressure builds up only if there is continuous input and no output. In this case - input itself was limited... so how did pressure build up?
3. How did the vertebral artery get injured missing the huge carotid artery?
4. Why was a coma induced? It means that Phillips did regain consciousness and then the doctors in their "wisdom" pushed him back into unconsciousness. Why would anyone induce a coma if the patient was already unconscious?

Its up to you to now decide... and they would want us to believe that he died of a simple ball injury. If we mortgage our minds - who knows - they might ask us to believe that somebody else died of over exposure to the moonlight....

WHAT CAUSES DIABETES

I take acupuncture seriously - and alternate medical system's powerful healing ways has induced a lot of skepticism in me. It has reinforced the view that allopathy is not as scientific as it is made out to be. Let me give you an example. I just searched for "causes of diabetes" in google and landed up in the following link "http://diabetes.niddk.nih.gov/dm/pubs/causes/"  I am reproducing it below for your benefit. Please read my view AFTER this excerpt.

The two main types of diabetes are type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. A third type, gestational diabetes, develops only during pregnancy. Other types of diabetes are caused by defects in specific genes, diseases of the pancreas, certain drugs or chemicals, infections, and other conditions. Some people show signs of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. 

What causes type 1 diabetes?

Type 1 diabetes is caused by a lack of insulin due to the destruction of insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. In type 1 diabetes—an autoimmune disease—the body’s immune system attacks and destroys the beta cells. Normally, the immune system protects the body from infection by identifying and destroying bacteria, viruses, and other potentially harmful foreign substances. But in autoimmune diseases, the immune system attacks the body’s own cells. In type 1 diabetes, beta cell destruction may take place over several years, but symptoms of the disease usually develop over a short period of time.

Type 1 diabetes typically occurs in children and young adults, though it can appear at any age. In the past, type 1 diabetes was called juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.

Latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) may be a slowly developing kind of type 1 diabetes. Diagnosis usually occurs after age 30. In LADA, as in type 1 diabetes, the body’s immune system destroys the beta cells. At the time of diagnosis, people with LADA may still produce their own insulin, but eventually most will need insulin shots or an insulin pump to control blood glucose levels.

It APPEARS logical. Is it not? Let us analyze.

Lack of Insulin is the reason. Why?

Bcos autoimmune disease knocks off beta cells. Why? This is the important "why" but it is not even attempted.

Why does autoimmune disease knock off beta cells?
What causes this autoimmune disease?
Why was this disease not attacking the beta cells earlier? Or What was preventing the destruction of beta cells upto the point of time when destruction started happening?
Why it attacks only the beta cells and not any other cells? Is it beta-cell targetting auto immune disease?

TRUST ME - ALLOPATHY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.

IF this reason can be found out - then diabetes can be cured. But unfortunately, if a cure is invented, then a huge business of selling diabetic drugs, checkups etc will go into huge loss. In India, approximately 40% of the population is diabetic - which is roughly 48 crore people. Even if each one spends 20 rupees a day to buy diabetics medicines - it is approximately 960 crores daily business. I speak to patients and their normal monthly bill is around 3000/= If each one spends 3000 a month, then it means a business of ,Rs. 1,44,000 crores a month.

With such a huge business in place, do you seriously believe that they will find out a cure? They will NEVER find a cure. Instead, they will spend a lot of money to convince you that you need to keep taking medicines regularly (in other words - keep giving them profits regularly).

ESSENTIAL TREMOR

Yesterday, I met a patient who had two problems

1. Constant shaking of the head (for 7 long years)
2. Lost vision in left eye after a cataract surgery.

She was old and was in a pitiable state. And the all-wise "doctors" had told her that this head shake cannot be cured.  I gave acupressure treatment alone - and her head shake reduced to a visible extent!!!

What was painful to note was that she expects a free treatment - at her doorstep.... (in short - she wanted me to spend to treat her) I want such people to think. How much will it cost if you were to visit a regular doctor? Your travel expense - doctor's consultation fee - medical expenses etc...Next time when someone comes to your house to treat - the very least you can do is to give him/her the travel expense.

On top of that - she was bombarding me with questions like

1. what is the reason for this head shake and loss of vision?
2. Which organ is affected?
3. What points will you needle?
4. How long will you treat?

I was a bit amused because if she had asked the same questions to the surgeon who did the cataract surgery - what answer would she have received?  Even after paying close to one lakh (0.1 million) - no question was asked. But when someone comes to treat out of good will - free of cost - thousands of questions!!!!! I did not want to offend her - and I have decided to give up anger totally. My former self would have easily said "GET LOST" and walked out.

We learn valuable lessons in life. And the lesson that i learnt is that "treatment should not be free". I do have a list of patients - therefore my time is at a premium. Therefore, from now on - i will not be visiting patients. I request all patients to come to the clinic after fixing up an appointment. This way I can serve a lot more people - and I will not be treating everyone freely. I still would not mind treating the really poor - without charging a penny but why should i be taken as a fool - even by an old woman on a royal pension?

Coming to the disease of head shake :

All movement in the body is due to air in the body. Increased "air" will lead to shakes and tremors. Decreased "air" will lead to inactivity or loss of motion (like paralytic attack).

Within the body - Liver is an important organ which controls all body movements including movement of qi and blood. Through proper movement of qi and blood - it essentially nourishes the tendons and thereby controls body movements. Calming the liver will lead to reduction in shakes and tremors in various body parts. On the contrary, activating the liver will lead to motion or movement in various body parts.

With such a clear understanding, any acupuncturist can easily start to treat a spectrum of conditions for which allopathy or western medicine has no cure.

FROZEN SHOULDER - GONE WITHIN MINUTES

Therefore, when a friend of mine wanted  me to visit her mother who was suffering from severe knee pain - they accompanied me and shot videos of the treatment session that i held. This video is about healing the shoulder pain - not exactly frozen shoulder... but bordering on it. I did not use any drugs - and other than pain relief, there are no other side effects!!!

KNEE PAIN GONE IN A MINUTE

MADRAS EYE

These days a lot of people are getting affected by Madras Eye or pink eye. Allopathy calls it as conjunctivitis.

This morning I was reading about what allopathy says about conjunctivitis from the following liink :

While reading the above mentioned Wikipedia article, I was amused and started smiling and then laughing. Without knowing the reason, they are blaming the cause on everything...

it could be viral

it could be bacterial

it could be chemical

it could be autoimmune

if allowed to continue - they might start blaming other things

it could be bcos of  houseflies
it could be bcos of  rats
it could be bcos of  bees
it could be even because of sunlight....

i am surprised at their stupidity. It is better to say - "WE DO NOT KNOW THE REASON" instead of blaming it on pathogens and autoimmunity and chemicals and everything else.

Based on these lies - they go on with their jokes by saying

it is an infectious disease

it can spread even by looking at a person who has this...

the person who has this should be quarantined

we should not use the things that an infected person uses.... blah blah blah...

the worst joke is when people wear sunglasses - what is the point? if it is viral - can a sunglass prevent a virus? if it is bacterial - can a sunglass prevent bacteria? if virus and bacteria can be prevented by a simple sunglass - then let us all use sunglasses to prevent aids!!! Let health workers start wearing sunglasses in ebola region. How come they missed out such a marvellous idea??? Why wear such heavy protection hazmat suits when a simple sunglass will do?

If it really is so highly infectious - how is it that even within a family - some persons do not get infected? My brother and his wife have this - but their son is not infected. My daughter had this but no one else in the family  was infected. Same family - they use same things. I even dared someone and placed the discharge from her eye into mine (on 25th october - 8 days have gone and i am still not infected) So how come - some ESCAPED?

ALLOPATHY has no answer to this basic question.. And since they do not know - they are trying to blame everything as the reason for the disease and they are suggesting stupid steps to prevent it. Stop believing in these jokers.

To cure a disease, one should find out the cause of the disease.

What happens when you heat up a dosa pan or a kadai - and then throw some drops of water (sprinkle) on it? You will immediately see water droplets boiling... forming bubbles - and evaporating with noise. This is a common occurrence and  all of us are familiar with it.

In a similar fashion - our climate was very hot prior to the onset of rains. Our lands were heated up and most importantly our bodies were also heated up. When we received these sudden rains - the heat from our bodies was suddenly released and just like water on the hot pan - the heat in our body also started escaping.

Fire has a upward moving tendency. Similarly heat in our body also moves in an upward direction. In the upper regions of our body - eyes are the most delicate organs - and heat pours out through this.  While heat moves up and pours out through the eyes - it also heats up our sinus cavities. All the phlegm and fluids accumulated in these cavities are melted and they also pour out through our eyes. This is the yellowish discharge that we see. And if you carefully observe, urine will be yellow when one has this "disease" - once again indicating heat in the body. Allopathy might say that even urine is infected by either virus or bacteria or chemical or auto immune!!!!

How come it appears infectious and how come some people do not get infected?

It appears infectious because we have more or less similar eating patterns. If you observe the people who escaped this infection, you will notice that they do not easily eat the food that we eat - they will either want special food or they will avoid food that heats up the body. My daughter eats like most children and she has a great liking for chicken whereas my son avoids all junk food and eats healthy. Notice around you and you will see that those who did not get infected are people who do not eat food which heats up the body.

What is the solution?
Having identified heat as the primary cause of this disease - the solution becomes easily available. Eat food which cools your body.

Avoid chicken
Eat rice with buttermilk
Drink anything made with ragi - down south - people call is "coozh" (கூழ்  )
Wash your eyes three times a day (to cool it and to clean it)
Apply gingelly oil all over your body - and then take a bath after 30 minutes.
If possible - drink jeera soaked water.

If you avoid foods which heat up the body - this "disease" can be cured within a day!!!!
Even in siddha or ayurved, the medicines for this kind of disease will be of a cooling nature (tamarind flowers or castor oil or jeera)

Challenge :

Drink coozh (ragi kanjee) - or ragi porridge - two times in a day - and see the result for yourself the next day.

When cured of madras eye by eating food which cool the body - start laughing at the "doctors" who will still say that it

could be caused by virus....
could be caused by bacteria...
could be caused by chemicals...
could be caused by auto immunity...

 I would laugh and say "allopathy is caused by stupidity" I invite you also to start reading and listening to their stupidity on this disease and start laughing.

இப்படி உறுப்புகளை எடுப்பதன் மூலம் பல குடும்பங்களை வாழவைப்பதாக கூறும் இவர்கள் இதன் மூலம் பல பெண்கள் தாலி அறுக்கப்பட்டு விதவைகளாக நிற்பதை வெளியில் சொல்லுவதில்லை பல குழந்தைகள்  பெற்றோரை இழந்து அனாதைகள் ஆவதை வெளியில் சொல்லுவதில்லை பெற்றோர்கள் தங்கள் குழந்தையை இழந்து தவிப்பதை வெளியில் சொல்லுவதில்லை

இப்படி 6 மாத குழந்தையிலிருந்து 60 வயதானவர்கள் வரை கொலைக்கரங்கள் நீண்டுவிட்டன. இனி யாரும் மயக்கம் போட்டுக் கூட கீழே விழுந்துவிட முடியாது. அப்படியே விழுந்தாலும் இவர்களிடம் போகக் கூடாது. காரணம் மூளை இறந்துவிட்டது என்று சொல்லி கொலை செய்து உறுப்புகளுக்கு விலைபேசி விடுவார்கள். இவர்கள் உறுப்புகளை தானமாக பெற்றாலும் அதை மற்றவர்களுக்கு பொருத்தும் ஆப்ரேசனை இவர்கள் (டாக்டர்கள்) தானமாக (இலவசமாக) செய்ய மாட்டார்கள் என்பதை மக்களே நினைவில் கொள்ளுங்கள் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருங்கள் நோக்கம் பணமே மக்கள் நலமல்ல.

நம் மக்களும் மலிவான பத்திரிக்கைகள் மற்றும் டி.வி விளம்பரங்களுக்கு அடிமைப்பட்டு இதற்கு உடன்படுவதுதான் ஒரு மாபெரும் வேதனை.

மேலும் உறுப்புகள் தானம் என்ற பெயரில் கொலைகள் நடக்காமல் சட்டம் இயற்றி அரசாங்கம் இதை உடனடியாக தடுக்க வேண்டும். இதுவரை நடந்ததெல்லாம் மூளை இறந்துவிட்டது என்று பொய்யான காரணம் சொல்லி அநியாய மாக செய்யப்பட்ட கொலைகள் என்பதாலும், கொலை செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் அப்பாவிகள் என்பதாலும் அரசாங்கம் இவர்களுக்கு கடுமையான தண்டனை வழங்க வேண்டும். இதன் மூலம் மட்டுமே இதனை நிரந்தரமாக தடுக்க முடியும், மக்களை விழிப்படையச் செய்ய முடியும்.

EBOLA

Doctor, Can you elaborate on the so-called Ebola virus fever. I understand allopathy is needlessly inducing panic among people. But please explain the high mortality and the nature of infection and its speed & spread. And why it cannot be cured? --By A.Manimaran

There is no disease called 'ebola', swine, bird, hiv, hepatitis etc. It cannot be cured because it is not there; but it mentally causes so much panic in the people's hearts and makes them get psychologically affected; it is a ghost disease spread by the pharma companies to psychologically affect the people at large. Stop reading all paid news papers and telecasts and we will not be mental patients anymore. Ebola is one of the mental diseases.
